I appreciate that they ultimately stood behind their work and completed the repair. That said, the process took far longer than it should have. It took months of follow-up just to get the issue acknowledged and addressed, which was frustrating and disappointing. While I'm grateful the repair was finally made, I hope they improve their communication and responsiveness so future customers don't have the same experience.

The estimate included removing the flooring, installing new flooring, paint, brick work, etc. Months went by before we heard from them! We asked for a contract which was promised and eventually provided after many requests. After asking for some minor changes to the contract R. Volpe sent us a note saying his schedule was to busy and they could not start our job. That was on 3/12/2024, 16 months after sending the estimate! I try to be understanding, things don't always go as planned and there are many factors that contribute to a successful outcome but 16 months with hardly any communication is poor business practice. Brian (owner) came back to see it. Said: "that's too bad". He said he'd come back and fix (repour) the patio when he was in the neighborhood again. Has never come back, and says it was never guaranteed to never crack. I would never use this company again, nor recommend to anybody. They just don't stand behind their work.
