The installation side is Sanders Home Services and if your trying to have them do anything other then replace a faucet, fix a leaky valve or replace your HVAC you'll be sorely disappointed. I give the place 3 stars as the employees, designers and workers are decent hardworking folks who do try and do their best under a poorly managed business.

The customer service was great, within days of going in they did the template and installation. The quality seems to be the same as the rest of the countertops. The only thing is when he asked me if I wanted the lighter or darker end of the granite, I told them lighter so it would match better with what I already had. Well, I got the darker. After some cursing, crawling around the (disgusting) crawl space, and a little 'woe is me', we called BAM Mechanical. Now, you can imagine that we aren't the only ones with frozen pipes right now (it's 26°f today, and down to around 3° last night) , so I expected a wait before they could come out to help. Nope! They came right out. The experience was exactly what I wanted: courteous, professional, straightforward, honest, and informative.
