I came here at 8pm with a couple friends because we wanted to try frozen custard. The drive thru line was really long so we decided to walk-in and order inside instead. There were a couple high tables and stools for us to sit at as well as benches along the wall. The service was fast, friendly, and good! We also really enjoyed the frozen custard that we got.

I went inside for the first time in a while. The service was very fast. I also really enjoyed the simple chocolate custard sundae with sprinkles. My mom had the vanilla sundae with butterscotch . (She enjoyed hers as well.) It was slightly loud inside, but it wasn't extremely irritating. The interior could use more tables, though. On a side note, I enjoyed looking at the machines used to make the ice cream/ frozen custard.

Friendly , hard working staff... great service that was fast with a smile.

Great service, great flavor! Had the turtle sundae and it tasted amazing. Clean restaurant with very friendly staff.

We are a little spoiled having lived all over the US and many places have their own great ice cream shops. In the Midwest and some of the South there is custard shops that most Western hard ice cream or soft serve places just can't match. Its not just the great ingredients which is part of it but its also service, speed and a Southern/Midwestern sense of service and well trained great attitudes that make all the difference. Yes the treats are all great, cravable, rich and decadent. The prices are reasonable and about half of the price of a Cold Stone or other chains that are packed with teenagers who have barely had any customer service training, manners or attitude of appreciation and respect for the customers. Every time we go to Andy's (which is a chain but each location feels local and personal to the small towns where most of them are located) we get unbelievably good service. When the lines are long they operate like some Chick-fil-A with kids outside in the line taking orders on digital tablets so your desserts are ready by the time you reach the front of the line. The staff is well trained, friendly, cheerful, respectful and charming. You don't get this from everyone naturally, you hire great people and then teaching them how to apply excellent customer service. Andy's has service down plus great milk shakes, blends, floats, malts, and Sundays or the traditional cones. Fast service is a given even when the line is long and out the door or around the building in the drive thru. We could come here every day but only allow ourselves the indulgence every few weeks.

OOOOOOMMMMGGGGGG COOKIES AND CRÈME CUSTARD MIXED WITH A TON OF OREOS... The custard specialists here were so awesome and took the time to explain to me what some of the items were and what's the best cookies and crème option there was. I obviously took the advice and got this BOMB-DIGITY custard which you can see here, I'm very proud of. RIGHT IN JOPLIN

Really good because it's made every hour!

I saw the signs for ANDYS on the interstate, pull over !!!! Stop!!! it's that good !! We had three people try to wait on us, we needed that much time to digest the menu! So many DELICIOUS CHOICES!

I hadn't heard of this establishment until my recent run through Missouri and Oklahoma. Stopped in with friends and their kids during a day out. My first impression is that both Freddy's and Culver's serve a better custard. The vanilla tasted rather bland for being vanilla. The portion was definitely generous enough for the price point. My second impression: No whipped cream for sundaes? Seriously?

Vanilla and chocolate custard, hot fudge, peanuts and a cherry on top!

Amazingly deeeeeeeelicious! Went here everyday for four days (okay, yes, perhaps a little to much...) and just the base custard is stunning. Rich, smooth, texture is perfect, sweet with a little salty. Most days I just had basic custard in a cup...final day made my own hot fudge sundae! Go!

The service was friendly and professional, the shop cute, and the format is novel. I know these are popping up all over the US and many people love them but I simply did not like the cookies. We went in with friends who were raving about it and said they went in every week where they live in TX. So I was expecting something amazing. I like a cookie that's a little bit crisp and a little chewy. All the various we bought were thick and cake-like instead of the texture I prefer. I have to say the cookies were all pretty, and the topping was well applied but like a cake, they require a lot of frosting which was too much for me. Most people cut the cookies in quarters because they are too rich. Again, evidence for me that they are too thick, dense, and cake-like. They even sell a four-way cookie cutter for you to take home. To me if a cookie is so rich I have to cut it up in pieces it's too thick and too large. You know how you can bake cookies at home and if you let yourself you could eat a plate of them? Or buy a bag of mini cookies at the gas station, or from the cookie shops in the mall and eat them by yourself? That's how cookies should be to me. Obviously, most people disagree considering how popular this place is. If you're a big fan of cupcakes I think you might love Crumbl. If you like cookies as you bake at home, the way grandma bakes them, at a mall-style cookie shop, or prefer a firmer, crips-edged but chewy inside this might not be your favorite place. But give them a try, they have different flavors every week and clever variations.
