There were other times hubs stayed in the area after and stopped in here as well. We initially did not have a goal in mind when first stopping in. I think we noticed they had lottery and wanted to get some tickets. There is a small market that supplies typical bodega items. I decided to browse that area and found some items I cannot find in FL. There are also refrigerators and freezers lining the walls of the store. I found some non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks that I have not seen in a long time. The liquor is behind the counter, while the wine and beer are accessible to customers. The prices are not stupid outrageous. The staff behind the counter were always friendly and helpful. Every time we visited, there was a lot of traffic of customers so this place is busy all the time. We even noticed a lot of traffic while watching from our hotel window.

You can find a high-end tequila like Don Julio 1942. They say it cost $189. However, it's well worth it because, if you can find it, at a bar, a snifter will set you back 30 or 40 bucks minimum, sometimes 50 or 60 bucks. They're even friendly. Which is impressive since the cashiers are behind heavy, bulletproof windows. People complain about the potholes but they aren't that deep. And that's not slowing anybody down from coming here to get their drink on!
