Overcharged me for a simple mani/pedi which included $5 for each hand and foot for removal of gel polish. Dried nails with the blue light. By the next day my hands were hot mess and I was headed out of town. Will never visit this place again. Staff friendly but service/quality is poor. And they will overcharge you. Also, quoted me lower price and it was much more when they finish. read more

Extremely sad and disappointed with the service I received!!! Around 4 years ago I went regularly for pedicures here. Since it's been sporadic as time allows. Was really looking forward to getting back on a regular visit, however my first impression back will leave me no longer even a customer. Requesting a pedicure, we start off having to run the water 4 times to get it hot. Only service I received was the privilege of sitting in the massage chair, toenails clipped, lotion on my feet, and toenails painted. no scrubbing the bottom of my feet, no shaping my toenails, even cleaning off the top of the nails or underneath. Im left really confused that I paid $50 to have the privilege to sit in a massage chair and have lotion rubbed on my feet and my toenails still dirty painted over. I reminded her that the bottom of my feet nor my toenails had been cleaned and she proceeded to paint my toenails, then scrape the bottom of my feet then slightly filed my toenails after they were painted and dried then poured oil all over my feet and rubbed it in with my feet still dirty from the scraping on the bottom of my feet and the toenail dust. I'm extremely concerned that my dirty toenails were painted over and the whole overall cleanliness of the service. I'm very concerned I may get an infection. i'm left ever so disappointed in the quality of service received. read more

I gave this place 1 star only because it's the only way to leave a review. AVOID this place! Awful pedicure!! Expensive for a very bad job!! Not very friendly workers. And a little tiny sign placed no where near the price sheet that says cash only! A day and a half later polish is coming off! read more

Would give 0 stars. The woman accused me of wanting free nails when my nails looked like crap!!! Offered to pay $35 instead of $45... when they SHOULD HAVE been free. Please don't offer SNS services if you can't do SNS service correctly! Now I get to spend more money to get them removed and redone. I get my nails done often and get SNS every time. My nails are supposed to be lilac- I got white streaky lilac with bumps all in the nails. Will NOT be returning will NEVER recommend this shop.. For starters the staff is very rude. I was skeptical about this place from the beginning after looking at pictures from previous clients but i decided to give it a shot. The elder women in the salon filed my finger on the sides until it bled and then jerked my hand back up when i pulled away. The man in the shop also got very upset when i told him my nails were uneven and not the shape i asked for. The nails on the other hand are very thick and bulky. I do not recommend this place it stinks like cat piss and they do not fo a good job! read more

Went to get my nails done and it was only supposed to be 40. I had a card and they said they needed me to go draw money off of it so I did as anyone would . When I got back they made me pay 50 after telling me 40‍also the nails were done very sloppy and they didn't do the shape I asked for. read more

I've been going to Andy's for over 10 years. I work with my hands constantly and I've never had an issue of them coming off early. I've been to Lux, I've been to the mall, and they always come off within the first week. Andy's is the only place I'll go. read more

I went there today to have the tips taken off and have acrylic overlay on my real nails..my real nails were long when I went in and cut down to my fingertips when I left... apologized and said they would make it right, if charging me 50.00 is what they call making it right, they're wrong!! I won't be back there because this has happened twice now and costs me money Everytime.. just not right. Worst pedicure of my entire life. I got the deluxe package and I left with the same calluses and my skin dryer than usual. The entire time the man was ranting on and on about how much money he had, buying trucks and boats. I paid and left then came right back, when I realized how bad my feet were. I was polite and explained my issue and asked for the extra money back for the "delux" package. I got a no and an explaination that they didn't want to make me bleed that I would need to come back for another visit to get more off. Lol! This is the first time I had ever tried Andy's. I wanted to treat myself to a pedicure. It's the worst pedicure I have ever gotten any place. There were two ladies that kept going from booth to booth. They cut my nails all different shapes. They had jagged edges. I asked for French tips and they were all different.
