The person doing the session stood up most of the time talking on the phone and often walked away from my chair. When it was time to pay the price was 25% higher than what was quoted. When I referenced this she raised her voice and got angry. The session was said to last 60 minutes but lasted only 40--with much of that time on the phone or away. My worst experience at a nail salon ever.
