A guy posing an electrician spent over two hours in our circuit breaker cabinet without figuring out how to get a single outdoor light to work. He was unable to even determine if the light was in fact wired up or not. He phoned back to the office to ask questions of an actual electrician a lot. We're not sure what sort of business this is but certainly don't recommend them for electrical problems.

I have three sewing machines, one under warranty and other two I usually just pay for service. I have a Babylocks sewing with love of sewing contract, it is good until 2028. I bought my machine in California, 2024 when I was moving, I called and babylocks assured me I can use warranty to get machine serviced once year with warranty. I used it 2024 with Rich's, I brought the machine to Corvallis, asked them to call babylocks. They couldn't figure it out, they didn't know how to work with warranty, they didn't understand love of sewing contract, it was hopelessly, old fashioned shop, I couldn't work with them, picked up my machine after three days of frustration on the phone, took it to paramount in Salem. They recognized extended warranty with love of sewing, no problem. I would not take babylocks to them.

I live over an hour away and planned for this visit. I finally located their "new" address in a row of vacant strip mall stores. I also located their truck, randomly parked on the opposite side of the block, unconnected to anything. How pathetic that their "new" location, posted on their website, is a total bust - an abandoned storefront. Even more pathetic is the disrespect shown to potential customers by not updating the website, voicemail, or even the door of the former site. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Off to Portland....
