Cody came out and pointed out what the permit was requiring and followed up with the inspector to confirm. The next day Jacquie called to schedule another appointment to complete the work the following week. Cody took care of the issue (adding a backwater valve to the drainage piping and replacing some PVC with proper T&P piping) and followed up with the inspector, getting the work approved within a day. The cleaner did a good job considering the condition of the home, however, she went over on time and didn't finish the cleaning. We scheduled for the cleaner to come back for a regular cleaning plus the deep-clean areas missed; however, only the missed deep-cleaning got done, and not satisfactorily. We thought we had set up a recurring service and were told we didn't. Also ended up paying more than originally quoted. For a different location, there was a schedule misunderstanding, and a cost misunderstanding. The owner was very nice and accommodating during communications, but we weren't pleased enough and switched to a different company. We do appreciate all of the hard work of the original cleaner as we know she did her best.
