I had a reading with Angel a few days ago and I was like WoW. She picked up on a lot of my personality traits during the session and some things I didn't have to tell her coz the natal chart she prepared for me told the story. Angel did a relocation reading for me. The reading was over the phone after I gave her all my information. The virtual reading was incredible. She told me why the places I had lived/was living were bad and what places would be good and great for me. So much information! I recorded it all and took notes. I didn't want to miss anything. I got 14 reports after the reading via email. I did not go to the place she had first on her recommendation list for me - the San Francisco area is just ridiculously expensive and it's a tough area for allergy sufferers. Angel is incredible! Angel did my astrological relocation chart. She was spot on with what she told me about the current place I was living at and I was not all that excited about what she told me about the new place, but I followed her advise anyway. She took her time to fully listen to my concerns and my desires. I knew I had to move, but had no clue where to go. The last few places I lived at life just did not work out for me. In fact, I was at my wits end by the time I found her. Angel with on the phone with me for almost 2 hours. She gave me specific details about what to expect and places to visit, but not live there. Has Angel done a fair share of studying astrology and personality types? Yes. Does she have a deeper understanding of astrology that she blends with intuition? No. Everything she told me you can learn by downloading a free Astrology app on your iPhone and reading the description of what each sign and house mean. What transforms a good astrologer into a great astrologer is being able to understand the bigger connection between planet placements, transitions and astrological progressions. So, is Angel a "good" astrologer? Yes. Is Angel a "great" astrologer? No. She basically read me an app for 2 hours that I already do myself. She's a lady in the East Village that is studying astrology - she is still referencing things her "astrology teacher" recently taught her. Having studied astrology for 15 years myself, I found her knowledge and ability to understand the bigger picture to be very limited. She also didn't address the questions I had - since it didn't fall into the category of the app's capability, it seemed like she didn't really know, and therefore avoided the topic. 5 things that rubbed me the wrong way, from a business perspective: 1. Was a no-show for the first appointment - without calling to cancel. 2. Kept confusing me with all her other clients. Her popularity has peaked, but her organizational skills have clearly suffered. 3. Started the reading 20 minutes late, then didn't make time to to address the reason I booked the reading in the first place 4. Did not respect the 20% off Yelp at all. Said the $200 cash was "with the discount" - but didn't mention that a 2-hour reading is actually $250, not $200. 5. I had my reading done by Angel about 2-3 years ago. I'll have to agree with Kim K's review. I had my astrology reading for the first time in my life with Angel, but this wasn't my first time to have my natal chart (or equivalent) reading done. I was living in a different country, and I had the other type of "natal chart" reading done multiple times before. Now, Angel is a wonderful lady. She's got a character, and she is someone who is really fun to talk to, if you are not one of those people who judge others by their looks. It would be pretty awesome to have her as a friend or a neighbor. Very friendly. But as a reader, I don't think she is a good one. Certainly she is knowledgeable on astrology. But for my session, I felt like while she is able to tell things about all the parts of myself, it really didn't add up to something bigger. A good, experienced reader should be able add up the parts, draw relevances and explain that to the person that is being read. I didn't have that from Angel. So in summary, if you are looking for a good astrology reader, I don't think she's the one. However, if you don't mind a bit lacking astrology reading but are up for a really fun, unique, no BS/straight-talking character, thumbs up! read more

I did one of those end-of-year-review type worksheets and there was a question, "Which 3 people influenced you the most this past year?" Angel Eye was one of the first names that came to me. Because I often remember or reflect on different things she said to me during my reading (which was about a year and a half ago, in October 2015). Whenever I re-listen to the recording I made of the reading, I'm blown away by other things I'd forgotten she talked about--both small and big things that she had insights into, about my life, that I had not realized or had only been dimly aware of, and subtle and significant things she predicted, that have come to fruition. I was in the LES a few months ago and my plans were changed and I yelped "Tarot". Angel's number popped up. I read the reviews and called and made an appointment for an Astrology session with her. A gift to myself for ym 30th birthday. I've always been in to Astrology, even more so the past few years and couldn't recommend her more!! EVERYTHING she said has essentially come true so far. She sat down with me for about three hours and read me my natal chart and transit highlights for 6 months. I took notes and we recorded our session on two tapes she gave me and I recorded it on my phone. I *highly* recommend doing this for easy play back. She had given me some advice that I kept in the back of my mind, but my heart took me in another direction. Which she said it would!! The thing is, I WISH I would have gone back and listened to the tapes sooner!!!! If you go to her, take notes, but listen to the tapes a week later, a few weeks later, and keep listening. After a reading with Angel, her words echo in my head as each thing comes to pass. I am so impressed with her ability to focus on each aspect of a chart and then bring it all together in a useful way. This was my third reading with her and I'm glad she's on Yelp so I can blather on about how solid she is. When I first started dating my boyfriend three years ago, and didn't think it would go anywhere, she offered uncanny information that's still useful in my excellent relationship with him. Other astrologers can fall into ruts where they get too technical, or when relating, talk too much about themselves. Since it was my first time, I didn't really know what to do but Angel suggested the natal chart plus 6-month transit reading, and I'm glad we did that. I went to see Angel almost a year ago, and have seen her 3 times since, in addition to booking my sister a reading with her. I have had my natal chart (MUST DO), astrocartography, and a 2 six month predictors. big fan. She has been so helpful to me in my professional life, and has given me very solid readings/advisement which have definitely opened up major doors for me. This is my first and only visit with a professional astrologer, Worth Every Penny! I couldn't wait to get home and write a review on Angel. I came in for a natal chart interpretation, synastry chart (relationship compatibility), and a relocation analysis. If you are a beginner in astrology or completely new to the terminology Angel interprets the charts in a clear and uncomplicated way. She shows great enthusiasm in her work, and covers all the details. My natal chart was very in depth and was accompanied by a six month transit report, great to plan ahead if there are any harsh transits and aspects coming your way. The synastry chart was straight forward, as I saw someone say in a previous review, no sugar coating! It's either in the stars or its not plain and simple, no relationship is perfect but this analysis with determine what needs to be worked on positive (favoring) and negative (challenging) aspects. For the the relocation analysis come prepared with 2-3 places you have in mind, I asked for one state in particular for career purposes and two more for possible vacation areas. Very insightful. You get what you pay for and it's well worth it so don't be frugal come with a smile on your face and be open to the experience. Reading in the beginning of Dec. Before setting up an appointment for a meeting, I spoke with Angel on the phone and she wasn't as pleasant as I'd thought she'd be. She briefly spoke to me with an attitude...( I guess because she thought I wasn't serious in receiving a reading.) I brushed it off and scheduled my appointment. When I showed up, she offered me tea which was pleasant. When she pulled out her laptop to read off an astrology software... I felt like I've been had. I think I can read my horoscope off the internet for less than what she charged. Basically I was told things I already know about myself. When she answered the little questions that I did have, I felt like I could have asked a therapist the same thing and would have gotten the same logical response. After my time was up... I felt rushed to leave so she can have her dinner! She said any questions I had to email them because she's hungry -_-. I know may scroll past my review because of all the positive things people had to say... But I'm going to be honest with my experience. She reconnected me to my calling, my soul. I came into to see her in a random act our of curiosity but with skepticism ( I am a journalist by trade). The things she interpreted and understood in my natal chart made my stomach turn. No one in my entire life would be able to describe me better than how she did. It renewed my belief in a greater system that exists in the universe. As a person she is perceptive and instinctive but smart and feisty.
