She happily explained what she could of the process of reading a birth chart, and bit about the signs and houses etc. It's difficult to get into too much broad and general detail since every chart is so different. Then she sat down with each of us and did a short 10-15 min reading of our personal Birth Charts. Everyone had nothing but great things to say afterwards. Each person came out with a very similar reaction of..."How did she know all that?" Even after my reading, I felt like she wasn't guessing anything, and she wasnt coming up with these things on her own, it was all in the chart. And when conversing with one another afterwards, it all became clear how we all came to be friends, roommates, and colleagues to begin with. Even the "skeptic guy" came out after his reading with a new respect for how it all works. Mostly it's information you already know about yourself, but you've never necessarily believed or said out-loud about yourself. I understood and wanted her to get healthy and booked again with her in Spring 2025 (when she was taking appointments again) and the appointment was for Summer, 2025. On the day of my appointment (set for 8:00 am on a Sunday my time), Anne canceled the morning of my appt saying she had come down with a virus from traveling the week before. Again, I was understanding and wanted to reschedule. Her email canceling said she would reschedule and, then, despite my many attempts to do so, she or her office never did respond to my emails to reschedule my reading. By this point, Anne had my payment for more than 4 months (again) and I had to dispute my charge with my credit card to have it refunded. My credit card company tried to reach Anne Ortelee and her office to have my account refunded (or appointment rescheduled) and she never responded, waiting the longest date for the credit card to automatically refund my payment from 5 months prior. This was an abysmal disappointment from the most unprofessional and unresponsive vendor for services I had ever experienced (and never received). Don't bother scheduling and paying.
