0/5 -- Embarrassed and Frustrated…read more I went to Mimi Nails in White Hall (near Pine Bluff) and had my nails done by "Tony." I picked a dark glitter red expecting something bold and polished. Instead, the color is so thin you can see straight through it, and the nails look like they were done on someone's couch -- not in a salon. They're uneven, messy, and just plain unprofessional. Horrible Customer Service. I went in for Fill. After he removed my polished, he didn't do the…read moreproper steps to clean up the nail before applying the acrylic. When I voice my dissatisfaction he then refused to continue with my nails. (This is after i refused to get my nails soaked off with a fresh full set. That would've been an extra $30 that I didn't want to pay at the time and It's wasn't time for a soak off. I do that every 3-4 months ) when I ask to speak to a manager or an owner, they refused to allow me to speak with anyone! I've visited several times before but this was by far my worst experience.
