Yay, just what I like to hear!! Basically, you get a huge box of vacuum sealed Indian food packages with freezer packs to your door. You don't need to be home when it's delivered---just put it all in your freezer before you go to bed that day. (The packages are relatively compact--you won't need to clear out your entire freezer like you would with freshly). My first meal with red kidney beans was great. I followed the directions to a T (1.5 minutes in the microwave for the entree and gravy and 1 minute for the rice) and it was steaming hot. It tasted exactly like Indian food I've had at restaurants and friends' houses. I would fully recommend it! As compared to other services, I found the portions incredibly affordable. I don't know how to make Indian food on my own, so I've traditionally ordered vegan Indian food for $3/a can. I've also ordered takeout for ~$10-15 per person. This comes out much closer to $7-8, especially if you are not an especially voracious eater. Cons: One of the disadvantages is that the directions included with the package can be a bit confusing if you are not super familiar with Indian dishes.
