Parking is free in the garage. They offered 2 rental packages: 1) $350 rental fee (normally $500, but 30% venue discount for first time customers) and à la carte catering (full trays feeding ~30ppl/tray), vs. 2) $50/per person: any 4 items from menu, water / coffee / tea included, side dishes (steamed rice and mixed vegetables) included, and grazing board (charcuterie or banh mi board) included We went with option 1, honestly an extremely good deal compared to hosting at other venues we were looking at, especially for the quality of the venue itself, very modern, clean, and aesthetic with a full on kitchen and benefits of having tables/chairs/dishware already part of the venue. Reservation was for 3 hours with 1 hour for set up and 30 mins for breakdown. They allow outside food as long as it's dessert. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating, shoutout to Adam for coordinating with us - helped us out in so many ways, from decor setup, to playing our music, to splitting bills, to accommodating for various dietary restrictions of guests, to cutting our outside cake we brought in, to assisting with cleanup and giving our guests to-go boxes for all the leftovers. Speaking of food, guests couldn't stop raving about it. Spring rolls were packed with shrimp (they offered various sauces for those with peanut allergies), the DIY banh mi tray was a major hit, and my personal favorite was the crispy pork belly, the skin was crispy perfection. We also got egg rolls, wings (fish sauce), and japchae which were all excellent as well. Can't recommend Lena's Asian Kitchen enough, great work y'all and thank you for having us!

In May 2024, I volunteered to hand out lunch boxes at Lena's Kitchen somewhere in SW Houston. Fast forward to now, I learned about this location and at 99 Ranch Market in West Houston. It's my goal to visit that location this summer. Coming to this location was a little tricky. I had to park on the top floor of the garage. I couldn't believe how friendly everyone from valet person to security guards to the moment I walked in. The employee gave me a quick introduction to the menu. It's fairly simple and I grabbed the lunch combo option: grilled chicken banh mi and vegetables potstickers. Everything was delicious including the water infused with cucumber and lemon. I'll bring my foodie friends over one of these days. Yeah. I'll be back.

Hungry for fajitas?…read more Order the beef and chicken fajitas from Joe Leo Fine Tex Mex To-Go. Generous serving of delicious well seasoned chicken. Hubby loved the beef and onions. Served with sides of rice and beans, the pico, guacamole, sour cream and cheese were very nicely packaged for the transport back home. The chips were so fresh and the spicy salsa was perfect to round out the meal. So easy to order on the app. Would have also liked to have ordered the veggie fajitas, but they were never available. Called to verify, but they are not being offered at this time. Hopefully they will be added soon as there are not too many vegetarian options available at this Kitchen United Mix location and this would be a great option for vegetarians or someone who wants a lighter meal choice. It seems like they're still working out some substantial kinks and there's a lot that can be improved with the platform. That being said, the food was really solid! We would order from here again. The brisket breakfast taco, brisket quesadilla, and beef fajitas (requested medium rare, it was very tender) were all the stars of the show. I love that we have the option for some really good breakfast tacos for dinner We wished that the menu was a bit better at the a la carte items, such as the ability to get a side of the baba sauce (which is that badass creamy jalapeno salsa) with whatever order you want vs specific items. The menu also didn't have a whole lot of details about each item, like the amount of food it came with (1/2 lb, fajitas for 2, etc) so we totally had to guess. The chicken fajitas were well seasoned and the wood grill flavor was really good but the meat was overcooked, which in all fairness is super common for chicken fajitas. They forgot some minor items we ordered, like the pint of pico and some salsa, but overall the food is what matters most and it was good enough to compensate for the the things that didn't go right. Side note: order on a desktop, none of our household or other friends who tried Kitchen United Mix out could order on the browser.

After seeing that one of the standard options had cottage cheese, I emailed the company to see if a vegan box was available. Within a few minutes, I heard back that it would be no problem. Yay, just what I like to hear!! Basically, you get a huge box of vacuum sealed Indian food packages with freezer packs to your door. You don't need to be home when it's delivered---just put it all in your freezer before you go to bed that day. (The packages are relatively compact--you won't need to clear out your entire freezer like you would with freshly). My first meal with red kidney beans was great. I followed the directions to a T (1.5 minutes in the microwave for the entree and gravy and 1 minute for the rice) and it was steaming hot. It tasted exactly like Indian food I've had at restaurants and friends' houses. I would fully recommend it! As compared to other services, I found the portions incredibly affordable. I don't know how to make Indian food on my own, so I've traditionally ordered vegan Indian food for $3/a can. I've also ordered takeout for ~$10-15 per person. This comes out much closer to $7-8, especially if you are not an especially voracious eater. Cons: One of the disadvantages is that the directions included with the package can be a bit confusing if you are not super familiar with Indian dishes. I didn't know exactly what the "gravy" was from the "entree" I sent this in the feedback form that rotizen emailed me, so I hope this will be included in future boxes.

How do you provide proof of something that does not exist? I was put into a group text with their team regarding the issue and instead of simply replacing the two meals from their mistake, the response was that they "need concrete proof and they are not a charity." WOW. Talk about some poor customer service. This was not our first issue with them and the customer service given then was below par. You are a food SERVICE industry. Poor Poor service. Very bad. I finally got hold of the owner Aaron and not only did he talk over me the entire time he also suggested I find a different food service company. BC OF THEIR MISTAKE WE ARE BEING PUNISHED. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on the encounters I have had with the staff. This company will not last long on those ethics, that is for sure. I am happy to NOT do business with them and we will take our business to My Fit Foods who has incomparable customer service, responds to their customers and does not ARGUE through text or phone calls. I am honestly appalled at the level of service we have received after ordering $300+ every week. Do better Aaron.
