Overall I like their products. Keto and low carb cookies have been really helpful while losing weight and cutting carbs. Product is expensive. Ive been buying from them for a few years and in the last year have had a couple of negative experiences. Twice I've opened single packaged cookies and they have been MOLDY. Contacted customer support via email and attached photos and did not get a resolution or acknowlegement. Again, their products arent cheap. Maybe the FDA should fo an inspection. I accidentally signed up up for a subscription order and have been trying to cancel it without success. Customer service us less than stellar. If you have never had these before, run to ChipMonk Baking for the keto bites and cookies. They are so delicious, low carb, keto and diabetic friendly cookies that are soft, sweet and so tasty! They bake them right in this location so you know you're getting fresh cookies every time. The gentleman who helped me at checkout was so friendly and was happy to make recommendations and answer my questions. He was kind of enough to show me around a little bit and I got to peek inside the actual bakery which was so cool. My absolute favorite flavors are white macadamia and birthday cake. There are A LOT of social media ads these days, and it's hard to tell what the really good ones are sometimes. ChipMonk was an ad I saw while scrolling one day on one of my social media sites. I've been trying to eat better since August when 3/4 of my family went down with the virus. I have no problem skipping bread and eating meat and veggies. I do, however, have a HUGE sweet tooth, and that's always been my downfall when I came to losing weight and keeping it off. It's really amazing how far they've come with Keto-friendly desserts in the last few years. One of the things I've yet to find what a good cookie. The sweeteners they use give the cookies a weird aftertaste. I'd just come to the conclusion I'd have to have weird cookies for the remainder of my life. Thank goodness for ChipMonk!! These cookies are amazing! I've never had a soft cookie that was this tasty. Are they expensive? Yes. At $2/cookie or a little less if you subscribe, these are high dollar items. I'm used to buying a pack of 18 for $4 at the grocery store. But these are not grocery store cookies!! These are gourmet and worth every cent! After trying some I was hooked. I love the snickerdoodle, but the chocolate chip is my subscription. I get these every month from just down the road in Houston. They always come fast and they have a hand-written note in each one. If you sign up for the text messages you get more perks! I've gotten first crack at some jalapeño cheese biscuits that were also amazing! And then $5 off for doing a survey. They also always give you at least 10% off, so I go back and buy some more. In addition to the large cookies, they also have bites. They are just slightly bigger than a bite and hard to stop eating. The good news?! They are usually about 1-4 carbs per cookie, so guilt-free eating!! These guys and gals are doing great things and making some great cookies. Please give them a try.
