To add insult to injury, after I had reconstruction surgery, I was left with neuropathy in both of my upper arms! I was unable to sleep. I couldn't wear shoes. I was in flip flops for 2 years. My medical doctors told me there was no cure/fix for the neuropathy. When I was finally able to drive myself, I started back at Wren Chiropractic Center. Dr Wren had recently started using a new Cold Laser. After expressing my concern about my issues with the neuropathy, he suggested that I try the Cold Laser. I cannot express how thankful I am for this therapy! After continued use, I was able to eliminate completely the neuropathy in both of my upper arms! And I have been able to reduce the neuropathy in my feet by approximately 90%! I can wear shoes again! My hands have also improved greatly! I've stopped unexpectedly dropping things. It really sucks when you drop and break your favorite mug. My taste buds have also returned! If you are suffering from neuropathy, I cannot recommend this treatment enough. Keep in mind, the longer you've been suffering, the longer it will take to get results. I was able to use the laser almost immediately after developing the neuropathy in my uppers arms so the recovery was much quicker. I'm still working on the feet as they were the first to develop but I'm still improving! I originally started seeing Dr Wren because I suffer from chronic neck and back pain cause by a car accident. I've been doing chiropractic care since then. I can say that I RARELY get sick. I know it's because I've been getting regular chiropractic care ever since that accident years ago. Medications that your insurance pays for are given to other patients while you are told they never received it ... They take everybody's paycheck except for 75 dollars no matter what you make they also take your home and your vehicle. They are cruel to dementia patients some were even slapped. The list goes on. Some of the staff steal from patients also and you never receive anything back including clothes and money and food. They walk around smoking vapes and some are THC.

I didn't think much about it and used every ointment imaginable to treat but the spots only got worse. I then resorted to home remedies that included coating the two areas with honey and avocado. None of these treatments helped and both of these areas had now become very painful, inflamed sores that created hole like indentions in my leg. The wounds were now extremely painful 24/7, very swollen, and there was a discoloration of the skin. I didn't know what was wrong, where to go, or who could help me. I can't begin to express how blessed I was to schedule an appointment with Dr. Hayes. Someone was finally able to tell me what was wrong and how he was able to medically treat in order for the wounds to heal. He explained that I had Venous Disease and the wounds were venous ulcers that would never heal without proper medical treatment. Dr. Hayes has performed more than one vein procedure for my chronic venous insufficiency and have all been very successful. I hope this helps others who might be undergoing a similar situation. (He's a coffee lover, so I have that in common with him) Wait times in waiting room are pretty short, be prepared to wait in the rooms, though. Rooms are cold! Procedure room is cold, too! (FYI they do have heated bed for procedures which is super nice). But your hands and feet will be COLD. ESP. If they do another procedure before yours while you are laying there . Prep is COLD, too! Ahhh warm that up, lovies! Don't worry about the sour face on one of the front office staff people. It's nothing personal. I think they are just focused or something. The nurses are all friendly. (She could smile more, but whatever. She's never rude or anything, so must be a demeanor thing.) They are all down to earth and personable. Fee free to ask questions. They should give out coffee to warm you up in the rooms, maybe music or a television would be useful. ‍ The care was great, so def. would refer!

They worked with my schedule, helped with authorization, and always greeted me by name. The best part of the time I spent at The Rehab Center is that my pain was lessened. James taught me exercises that are easy to perform and truly help! I am back at work but continue to use the exercises to manage the pain. I will miss the comfortable, private environment, the bells and whistles, and friendly staff but thank each one of them, especially James and Norma, for their help.

I was quite apprehensive about physical therapy (I had heard some horror stories), but James actually made the experience enjoyable. All my PT sessions were one-on-one. This 1:1 ratio of PT to patient was beneficial in helping me maximize my session and property learn the exercises. The facility was clean and comfortable. This agency is responsible for my missing medication doses on an almost monthly basis. They sign up for services that they don't fully cancel so you're getting almost constant emails and automated calls that you're told to disregard. They also have two businesses so you're never quite sure if whoever is teaching out is a scammer. The onus is on the patient for almost every action and if your not an in person patient be prepared to pay an extra $300 every three months for a urinalysis. This group is absolutely awful. If I could give fewer than one stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!
