The company did NOT provide adequate licensure verification. Not only did they allow someone to practice without a license (but likely a suspended license), but they allowed someone to care for CHILDREN under someone else's nursing license. The Texas board of nursing was notified of this situation but please beware and please ask any company how they verify licensure. Please protect your children.

I've been promised a call from their branch manager for weeks. She's never called. They keep sending multiple nurses to fill the same shift. I call and make a schedule request, and it's ignored. I have numerous people texting me from the company, many of which don't identify themselves. They call and want to put so-and-so in a shift and as it turns out, that spot is already filled. Lo and behold, everyone shows up for that shift. I am the one who has to send someone home after they dealt with Dallas traffic to even get here. The nurses get 5 stars. The office does not.
