First of all, her nails were supposed to be "almond" shaped. Instead she got a modified pointed type nail? The nail is oversized for her actual nail/finger. The material has been applied too thick and messily. She has paint remnants all over her cuticles. There was a literal hunk of the nail material on her skin by her thumb nail. The final straw were the "hearts" that had to be removed because they looked like male genitalia. Needless to say, lesson finally learned.
