i has less to complain about a few years ago, but as of now this place over charges especially for the quality that you're left with. sometimes there are time where they take their time but that's rare. it's always rushed and sloppy. i tried to give this place way too many chances and i've officially given up. my last appointment a male worker charged me $75 after telling me before hand it would be $55. i asked why the price went up and he said "you had a broken nail that i replaced and three colors." here's my reference picture: i got two colors which were black and white. he never put a base coat on so my previous fills were visible as well as my real nail. the top coat was just slapped on. i argued and still had to pay $70. read more

If I could give a negative review I would. For what looks like a child painted my toes I had to pay full price. Normally not a bad job, but this looks like garbage. Easy to get in and able to take walk ins, but you should be giving every person quality service, not just lets see how many people we can get through today as fast as possible. read more

If you want it done fast with little to no leg massage this is your place. My pedicure including sitting and letting them dry took all of 25 minutes. The mail look good but I like a little massage on my legs. read more

This is one of the worst pedicures I've ever had and I get a pedicure once a week as I travel all summer to new towns every week.. I got charged $30 for them to take my nail polish off and barely scrub my feet... they didn't lotion or massage! Every other place I've been that's pretty standard! Also they didn't offer different pedicures. If I have one suggestion it would be go to the nail salon in the mall for $45 you get the deluxe pedicures be you won't regret it! Stopped in to get a pedicure which takes a little bit of guts as I am an older male. Despite a huge neon sign saying walk ins welcome I was told they were too busy to help me. Me and my mom went there for pedicures, my mom wanted a full set acrylic refill, and I just wanted a gel manicure. We sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes before they called us to the pedicure stations... Where the water was luke warm. We sat there for another 30 minutes then we started taking with the lady next to us and found out she's been there for 40 mins already. She was STILL waiting on her pedicure and her water was luke warm too. Also, she mentioned that she was still waiting on a manicure too. So me and my mom decided to leave because the wait was RIDICULOUS. They said we would just have to wait when we showed up but didn't give an time estimate. So we left because that was way more time than we had. We told one of the ladies that we were just gonna leave, and SHE CHARGED US $10 just for use of a "towel" which we never even used! the dude messed up my nails so bad:( not only do they not clean the equipment but he made me bleed, than secured the blood into my nail, he didnt bother to tell me to wipe it away or have me wipe it away. he got very sloppy with it as he was in a hurry while being on face time with someone WHILE doing my nails. i feel bad because my friend payed for them and this was my first time getting my nails done like that ever. i will be paying her back for their sh!t job. dissapointed read more

Be prepared to wait 3 hours for a pedicure (no, I am not exaggerating). They will seat you in a chair somewhat quickly (about 30 minutes after arriving) but you will sit and soak your feet until that water is pretty cold. If you are in need of a good pedicure then don't waste your money, it wasn't of good quality though they did paint my toes nicely the rest of the pedicure was below average. read more

The prices are extremely high. When I asked them to do a specific design it was very difficult to communicate exactly what I wanted. At first they told me that they would have time to do a full set and a pedicure and then they told me that they wouldn't have time to do it. When I asked for a discount because of the quality of the pedicure and the fact that I brought in my own nail polish I was met with aggressive argument. I ended up paying $28 for a terrible pedicure and terrible service. (Without a top coat). I would not recommend this place. Very under staffed. read more

This salon wasn't my favorite. They made my family and I wait for about 1 hour while we were already in the salon chairs. They were they kept hitting my feet to let me know to move them, and not in a friendly way. They yelled at a family coming in about touching the drinking water they offered for the waiting customers. Two girls walked in and were told they would wait for about twenty minutes, 45 minutes later they left from all the waiting. read more
