Not worth it. Update: I received a call from customer service this morning offering to waive the $79 cancellation fee. Also offered discount on next cleaning. I appreciate the gesture but the service is not for me.

They are fantastic - Sherab will even clean the stairs and landing outside of our apartment. I really like that they are conscious of the environment and bring their own cleaning supplies. I forwarded the email with her confirming my time and address, and she didn't have anything to say. I received an email saying she forgot to put me in the schedule. I will not be calling this company again.
