He gave me options, and we talked through the plan. I was heading to Korea for a year with the Army, so he worked with me, doing the project in parts based on my budget. Even when the prices for materials went up, he explained everything. After I got back from Korea, I saw some damage on one of the boards, probably due to high winds or a storm.
