Anyone one doing a remodel should know the unforeseen extras are going to happen this one was no different. while I was on vacation the need to bring in a electrician to relocate some unseen wiring once the walls and ceilings was removed came up Ryan reached out let me know got the work completed so as not to delay the project and only charged me what he was charged! Most would have added mark-up and overhead but in Ryan's words that would not have been fare! I could write so much more about how great RT&S but let me just say this bathroom remodel was the first in a long list of home improvements we have planed and I am not even going to look and any other contractors!!! They where just that good. They have my highest recommendation use them you will not be sorry.

Phil called back, promptly, arrived when he said he would arrive and suggested we tile over the original because we had the depth and the new tile we had chosen was thin enough to be placed directly onto the existing floor (cutting down on the cost of an already reasonable estimate). He prepped the floor with a bonding agent and let that sit for a day, but cut the new tile floor to size while it dried. He arrived right on time the next morning, laid the tile and matched the grout perfectly, adding in a protective compound. His work is excellent, clean, accurate: he is a true master of hisIt looks like it was always there and not an after thought. I would highly recommend Phil. He is professional, knowledgeable and a super nice guy. His prices were better than any previous estimate we received. We will definitely have Phil do any and all future work. No need to look around.
