Phil called back, promptly, arrived when he said he would arrive and suggested we tile over the original because we had the depth and the new tile we had chosen was thin enough to be placed directly onto the existing floor (cutting down on the cost of an already reasonable estimate). He prepped the floor with a bonding agent and let that sit for a day, but cut the new tile floor to size while it dried. He arrived right on time the next morning, laid the tile and matched the grout perfectly, adding in a protective compound. His work is excellent, clean, accurate: he is a true master of hisIt looks like it was always there and not an after thought. I would highly recommend Phil. We had a small chip (our fault) and we were so worried! Jenny came out right away and remedied the issue. You can't see it anymore! Most recently, I called her to ask about the caulking around the drop in sink. I felt like mildew kept showing up because it was hard to keep that small corner dry. Jenny came over with another colleague and they redid the caulking around the sink. It is perfect now, it even reduced the space that held moisture and had mildew. It is so much easier to wipe clean and it stays clean looking! Jenny is very caring and stands by her company's work. Excellent quality and workmanship!

For the cost of having done what I had done, this service was not a 5-star job. Nice kid but thought I was not intelligent enough to know he was bluffing me. I have over 25 years in flooring and know what can and cannot be done and he actually does not understand much about the everyday cleaning process of floors. We used this company to refinish our kitchen sink. However, within 2 years of the work being done, the sink began to peel. I wrote in to the company about it (citing the 5 year warranty on their website) and received no response. I followed up with a call and left a message. When Frank called me back, he told me that kitchen sinks are excluded from the warranty (despite no mention of this in the warranty on their website, which notes "all" work covered by 5 year warranty). He proceeded to tell me he can't warranty work done on kitchen sinks because they are exposed to knives and all kinds of other things such that he would be re-doing sinks every 2 months. So in other words, don't expect a kitchen sink refinish to last very long. Complete waste of money. We do not recommend this company.
