We were out walking around an area in Kelseyville and wanted to buy a unit that was for sale. We had met once with a realtor and he never was very anxious to help us despite our telling him that we wanted to put an offer in and wanted to buy it quickly. As we were walking around the neighborhood, a resident started talking to us and we told her about our realtor experience. She said to call her friend Colleen and gave us the phone number. Colleen was AMAZING! She was always prompt with calls and texts. She met us right away and we had that place bid on and bought in record time. Colleen was with us every step of the way. Anything they can do to screw you they will do. Having 3 days to call for the plumber as they will not remove the root problem the know regrows every 5 months since your sewage is backed up into the bathtubs. House takes a tree fall, they will take 1 to 3 months to show up as they were not notified and verified your roof is leaking. They will hire their buddy business contractors to lie to support the business referral. If you must do business with them, video tape before and after to show evidence as they will sabotage the property after you leave and photograph that as evidence to pad the damages and steal your deposit in case you take them to their personal friend politically appointed small claims judge no matter how excellent your evidence is .. the judge will do all they can to benefit the business at your expense. You business with them you will lose greatly. Best thing .. is go elsewhere.
