Update #2: I will let his response below speak for itself. Update #1...he emailed and informed us that if we didn't take down the review or edit...he would be obliged to post a summary response...so I updated and will let it stand for others to make an informed decision. After reading his business description, "we're committed to your satisfaction" and his responses to negative reviews...I HAD to write this to let people know...choose someone else. The "broker" and our "agent" was the worst! My siblings and I are not in the area. Our father passed in February and while we love the area and his home, the distance didn't make sense for us to keep it. The house went into escrow within a week (I believe the price had something to do with it). Regardless, he did sell it quickly. He sure has a great salesman "game" prior to signing the listing agreement...after that, nothing but making you feel guilty about communication throughout escrow. On an occasion, saying "your need to be updated is high, which I'm happy to provide upon request and as I've been doing"(CAN YOU IMAGINE SPEAKING TO A CUSTOMER THAT WAY?!)....You MUST ask him for information in order to get it (and then prepare yourself for a condescending response). We all have very busy lives, so once the property went into escrow, we asked for what to expect. He gave us a list of dates and what should be done by a certain date. Some time passed...after an important date passed (by a week), we asked him for an update. He was perplexed that we were asking (turns out he "had the dates incorrect in his scheduler")...He commented about low commissions in the area and needing to take on lots of business (the reason he gave us for not knowing the milestone dates)...this is his excuse for miscommunication or non-communication. Here's a thought...if your business isn't financially viable/sustainable when providing a customer-centric service, perhaps you need to do something else (or at least properly set expectations). Selling or buying a property is one of the biggest, most important business transaction one will make...He does NOT seem to appreciate this on his clients' behalf. By the way...take a look at the reviews. Notice how he only responds to the negative ones...with excuses (lame explanations). Regardless...don't you think a quality real estate broker would at least respond to the positive reviews with a simple "thank you"?! NOPE!! Perhaps it's because of the "low commissions"...he just doesn't have time. I wish there was a "zero star" rating option for this review. Our last experience in Clear Lake (our father's final home), was his lower than poor service. Good riddance! read more

If I could do Zero stars, I would. Specific to our transaction... We (family) used Tim to sell our dad's home in The Riveria (Kelseyville). Mind you, none of the 3 family members are local Kelseyville. We are not high maintenance folk. He did sell the home, so kudos. It recorded today, so I'm posting this review now. - He represented the buyer, a local, previous client. Normally, not a big deal. But he was so lousy...I felt it's worth noting. - No proactive communication from Tim after Listing Agreement is signed. - Always seemed to be rushed when you did manage a phone conversation. - No company email. Expect emails to come from gmail and mediacom - a big deal when you're discussing real estate specifics - Zero marketing materials - No professional photos. Photos were taken with mobile phone. - No guidance from Tim Escrow process. An excerpt from his final email to us: "...We made it across the finish line and we are all done. Thanks for working with me. The buyer and his wife have a beautiful new home." Makes me feel almost violated. Find a different agent. read more

I am a real estate investor, and owned multiple properties in Lake County. Since 2019, I have interviewed and worked with at least 4 different realtors in the area, but none was satisfying. A bay-area realtor referred Pi to me in 2021, since then she sold 3 properties for me. I am extremely happy with her work. Pi is professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated. She works much harder than other realtors I had worked before, and never complains. Even though Lake county is a very tough seller's market, Pi took most of the stress out of my experience, and was always very patient and understanding to make sure I was best presented. She helped negotiate on my behalf, and thoroughly follow-ups to make sure smooth transactions. She is exceptionally diligent, knowledgeable, and very honest in whatever she does. We live in Southern CA, but we were looking to purchase a home recently in Lake County. We really didn't know the area or what we were looking at.
