Very poor way to run a business. Two others also waiting since 9 am left saying "we'd be lucky if they open at all today." Picking up clothes for tonight -- I hope. One phone number is disconnected the other rings and eventually says the cell phone owner is not available. Don't use this place.

Took my fiancé, maid of honor, and my two young children, driving 50 miles to see her, and, once I'd explained my situation, I was told, "You know, I feel bad about it because you're ordering your dress online and taking advantage of my services," and after I'd offered to tip her quite well for helping me, she continued in a huff, "No, I don't need that from you. Let's just get this done." At this point, I had had enough of her unprofessional conduct and told her, "No, thank you. If you're going to have that attitude, I'll go pay to have my measurements done." Then we left, even though I had been eyeing a pair of shoes on the wall. 0/10, do not recommend.

I needed someone with creativity and vision to turn this heavy, full-length 1960's knit dress into something that I'd feel comfortable in. She worked through options with me, and then went above and beyond by adding a beautiful trim and lace detail that I hadn't even considered, from her own personal stash, that matched perfectly and really added to it! She creatively used lace to cover some of the 50 year old age spots, and thought of adding a nice inside hem detail since it was High-Low and you'd see it from the front ... I ever would have thought of that!! And all of this in a week ... what more could you ask for! I am so impressed, so thankful, and so happy that Fort Collins now has a Rosie! The location is beautiful and can really do about everything that you need for your wedding. The tables were beautifully set and the food at both occasion was really good with vegan and gluten free options available. But of course lots of other things as well. Both parties have said they would highly recommend them to other folks having their weddings.
