Wow! I took my bike…read moreto a shop in Portland before I moved away. They took a week to just look at it. Then washed it and added a part they charged 3x for, neither of which I requested. They said it had a list of items that needed fixed and would be a 7 week wait, $170 on top of the extra $50 they tried to charge for funsies, with a suggestion of $3-400 more to optionally replace the forks that "might've" not been working properly and weren't replaceable. Now I realize they were trying to push me buy a new bike. Plus they treated me like I ate babies. Brought it to Bicycle Station and the mechanic found everything in perfect working order. Tightened it up and got it ready for me to ride after being kicked around while moving. And charged me *nothing!* I was greeted with a big smile and treated with respect and given answers to all my questions. What a stark difference! This has been such a stress on my mind and now totally melted away. Fantastic! Thanks so much guys.

Seeing that CyclErie was offering such a great deal in partnership with Aventon, AND able to build it there was an immediate go for me! I made an appointment so they would have the time to get it in from their warehouse and give it a little spin around the parking lot and alley, and less than 10 minutes later, I had her loaded up and ready to go home to take on more adventures. Staff was friendly, helped me with sending in my invoice info to Aventon to get some bonus free perks, had me download the app so I could unlock new max speeds, and recommended taking a picture by the balloon mural.
