I waited 20 more minutes and turned around to find her already helping another lady who walked in after me. I waited for another five minutes to see if she was just getting her set up. When I realized she was starting to do her nails and had no intention of coming over I left. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new salon, unfortunately I will not be coming back.

The only downside to this nail salon is that there seems to be no point in booking an appointment. In the 2 times I've scheduled ahead, I get seated at the same time as if I walked in. Sighting "not enough bookings" even though my friend/stylist was frequently booking out and had regular clients who love going to her (I've gone to her for about two years now). Extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled, and I don't think I could spend my money there ever again. As someone who also remembers when Rose Colored Salon was a start-up salon running out of a house; I am so frustrated that the owner, who knows how hard it can be to find stable careers in cosmetology around here, would be that comfortable dropping employees out of nowhere with absolutely no warning. People have kids, bills, and so much more to worry about, let alone losing their job with no time to prepare. Do better.
