Do not use Roberts Brothers vacation Rental. We rented a unit in Bella Luna #1104 for 10 days. We…read morewere shocked how run down and dated it was. First thing that greeted us was a blood stain wall. Gross! Old and worn out furniture. Stained and flat cushions on patio furniture which happed to be spewed all over patio floor when we arrived. Master bath tub had no stopper to tub and faucet was loose. Floors were dirty. Parking lot was being repaved so access to beach was difficult first day. Guest bedroom closet door could not be opened because it came off tracks and would not get back on. Kitchen was space and needs more necessities. No room for any food because pantry in kitchen is locked. I emailed the rental company the night we checked and their response was they could not move us. We started looking for somewhere else to stay. We went to bed hoping a good night sleep would make things better, but unfortunately the bed was old, sheets were rough and pillows were flat. I emailed again stating we would be moving out of unit and only thing Chelsea at Roberts Brothers said was they were sorry bed wasn't comfortable. No one contacted me on Sunday. I had to call Monday. Spoke with Chelsea who told be nothing could be done. I asked to speak to owner and Chelsea said Warren Buffett owns company and they could not discount our stay. Terrible they throw out Warren Buffets name, but do nothing to provide a good experience. We moved out of unit after only 3 days.

The unit was beautiful and the pictures were accurate, but the information about the resort was not. They left a lot of information out, and the rest of it was totally dishonest. In a nutshell, the resort is a 2 and the rental unit was a 9. I would've liked to have left them a review on their website against the actual unit, and I would have been complimentary of the unit and honest about my disappointment about the resort. However, they force you to leave your review about them, before they will "reveal" the review about you as a guest. WOW. Total sleazebag policy. I would never work with this company for a rental or for a property purchase. If they can't be honest about the simplest things, I can't imagine what they would do with my long term investment.

I have flipped houses for 30 years and I have never experienced anything like this realtor. I do not recommend Kim Ward as a realtor. They were just awful. They were ugly and hateful towards us. After I was gracious enough to let them come over with their contractor and painter they sent a list of demands which I have never heard of. I was offended. Maybe it's a millennial thing. I feel sorry for them that they think life is fair.
