When you walk in this business there is a price meno on their wall. I asked for the polish change option which was $15.00 but it rang up $35.00 after. The owner is very nice and I went there for a pedi once and it was great. Hence, 3 stars. If it is was based solely on my last visit though I'd give it one star the lady who did my nails was in a downright pissy mood. I tried asking her about her Christmas and engage in conversation but she wasn't having it. She was really rough with my hands and pulled my arms to her instead of using her words to let me know. I e never experienced anything like that. Finally, I asked her is she was upset and she said "no, I'm not upset" and kind of scoffed. I quietly said, "You're acting upset." She said nothing. She had a very flat affect and was downright not nice and preoccupied with her phone. She never said her name, as a descriptor, she was Latino, not Asian. My friend told the owner, the owner apologized. If I go there again I will be sure not to get her again. We all have bad days, but just own it when someone points out your acting upset. I shouldn't have tipped her but it was just so awkward. I do love my nails, she did good work but there are several other places I can go to get the same thing minus the attitude. read more

A little while ago, I finally found my "go to" for a little pamper me time. Been visiting for a little under a year if not more. Services include dip powder, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. Well, that's over!!! Last few visits started to decline. It's ok for me to wait, but for heaven's sake I better not call to say I'm running behind schedule. Instead of soaking my nails to remove the dip powder, they're ripped off. There's one individual "Mary" who is bad for this business. She sits and gossips while working or not. I'm sure she's going to have a field day reading this review. During my absolute last visit, she seemed to be enjoying previous reviews left by unhappy customers. I couldn't believe the owner-boss didn't have a problem with such negative behavior in front of customers. Went to get a pedicure and eyebrows done. Date 3/20/19. A strange thing happened while getting eyebrows done. The lady was talking very foreign. I thought, does she not know I don't understand her language?. Then I went for pedicure, and noticed she had earbuds in both ears, and was talking on her phone . Who would DO this? Is there no regard for customer service? I felt like I'm just another dollar in her pocket. The pedicure was ok. I truly don't think this business gives a dam about customers. They don't have the understanding that they need to give anyone customer service. At least this lady does not!! The other people were not friendly either. I will never go back here!! read more

I love Yasmin! She does the threading and waxing here and for good reason. I prefer Kim ( I believe that's her name) for my nails. She does them how I like them and they aren't too thick. She goes by what you say and asks what you want. In general I very much love the place and don't go anywhere else unless I'm out of town and need it but that never really works out. The people here are very nice and aren't like some others who try to push you to do something that you just don't like even though you already said you don't want it. They do nails to how you truly want them, always friendly. I love that it never feels rushed. My nails are done right bc it's not done to just get me out right away. All in all, best place I've been for my nails and don't plan on going elsewhere. read more

I don't go out of my way to write reviews, in fact I think I've written three and all were positive. Today I had such an awful experience and was so unbelievably disrespected and uncomfortable that I felt others needed to know- so that hopefully I can prevent anyone else from experiencing something like this. When I arrived, I made sure to make eye contact, smile with teeth, speak clearly and treat the employees with respect. There was a decent amount of people in there and I was made to wait an agreeable amount of time (one woman was in the waiting room complaining already- apparently she had been overlooked multiple times). I was seated at station #6, the lady never mentioned her name (but I believe it was Shonda or Yolonda or something similar) rushed me very rudely through my description on the nails I wanted, then when I showed her photos to make it easier on her huffed and puffed- hardly looked me in my face and had her hand on her hip the entire time; then, proceeded to tell me that if I didn't like the nails she wouldn't change them afterwards. She rushed, was VERY rough with my hands, wore her headphones the entire time and was humming at an unbelievable octave as if she was lividly angry for having to do my nails (get a different job then lady!!!) not to mention she slammed her tools around and stabbed at my cuticles. In the end, she did an awful job. The nails were not what I wanted. They were also bumpy, crooked, and there was nail polish left all over my hands. The acrylics didn't even reach my cuticles and she drew blood on my ring finger. To really put the cherry on the cake, she charged me $65. For JUST the acrylics. I don't get my nails done often but I know that's double the amount. I got very simple nails. I still paid the amount, and I STILL tipped her $10. Now I don't know about the rest of the staff (no personal experiences with them), I'm sure they're all great or at least much better than this, but this woman was the rudest nail technician I have ever met in my life by far, and did not even do a good job. I am baffled by the utterly horrendous customer service of this woman. I wanted to go back and ask to at least have my nails fixed but I didn't want to deal with that EVER again. I'll be satisfied if I can just receive a full refund. I fully believe the woman should take a course and learn how to treat a customer and resign. There are plenty of other deserving human beings who would simply be greatful for the job. If you've read this far, I sincerely thank you for your time. I ask that you don't judge the entire establishment based on this one woman's horrendous service. read more
