Got a kat eye pedicure and a clear gel manicure. Charged me $100?? This is not a luxury nail salon. It is old and worn out. Furniture and equipment are distressed and faded. I went there because of the proximity to home expecting a simple service at a fair price. The lack of transparency is pricing is unprofessional. There are plenty of nail salons in the area that will respect their customers business and provide a quality experience. I will never go back to this one. read more

HORRIBLE! GO ELSEWHERE! Stopped pedicure in middle and told me leave and come back another day to take client that came after me. Been going here over 15 years. Went today as walk in,same as always. Big sign says walk ins Welcome . Was only person there at 11am opening. Sat in chair,feet soaking,polish removed,one foot clipped. Owner James comes and says can you come back because lady there has appt. I asked what he meant because im in middle of pedicure and was first person in salon. They drain tub and say come back this week and hand my shoes and polish I brought. I will never go back and neither should you. That's disgusting behavior and unprofessional beyond words. Oh wow! My husband and I stopped in for pedicures. before our cruis. I showed her a picture of some nail art I liked, but I wanted it done on my big toes. ***Update*** Soooo, today marks day 6 of my gel (which should last about 14) and I have lost polish on two nails! I went to the place to let them know that it did not last and showed the woman that I could literally peel the gel off and that I was told to come back if they did not last but the woman made me fill like I was crazy. She also let me know that it would be $5 to remove the gel. Needless to say I said, no thank you went to the Dollar tree next door to get 100% Acetone and nail file to do it myself. Though they were nice during my first visit I do not recommend the work. I will not ber returning. *** I went to this place for the 1st time earlier this week and I have to say it was a great experience. I got a gel manicure by James(I think that was his name) and so far they are still perfect! I plan on making this my regular nail place. read more

Kayla is absolutely amazing!!! Best nail lady I've had in years! I came in to get a pedicure & full set w/gel because the last place I went in orange city did a horrible job 1 week ago! My feet were more rough when I left there than when I came in. Kayla showed me new techniques for smoother feet & healthier polish choices to better grow my nails! She took her time & was detailed in everything she did. I live in Chicago, but when I come back to visit family again, I will only be going here! read more

This was probably the worst nail salon I've been to. I was in town visiting my friend who lives here and we decided to get our nails done here. We called to make an appointment since it's Saturday and we didn't want to wait long. Well when we showed up 10 minutes before our appointment, we were told to sit and wait. Only 4 workers present and there were already 3 people waiting next to us, plus the 2 people sitting in the pedicure chairs with their feet in the water not being worked on. 45 minutes went by before I was helped. They sat down my friend next to me and she proceeded to do my pedicure as my friend just sat there with her feet in the water. She didn't get hers done until an hour later! They had to refill the hot water twice for her, mind you shes pregnant so she was already uncomfortable. Just bad service overall.. multiple people walked out that had appointments. They sat someone next to my friend in water and she told him that he'll probably be waiting for an hour, so he got up and left. You shouldn't have to wait so long when you made an appointment. To make it worse, they totally butchered my friends nails. She got gel and it was so bumpy, we could've done it better ourself. Also, they were forcing people to use their ATM because they want cash only... and seemed annoyed when my friend only had her credit card on her so she had to pay that way. I'm glad I don't live here lol I'll stick with my nail salon in south Florida read more

My husband and I came here for the first time today. They were packed & we did not have an appointment so we had to wait and im glad we chose to. While we waited they let us sit in the massage chairs that weren't being used for a pedicure. My husband got a pedicure and said it was the best one he ever had. I got a manicure and they used a technique I've never heard of called "Dip" and WOW it is great no chemicals or harsh smells and it feels a lot lighter than Gel or Acrylic! We will definitely be returning everyone was so polite!!! read more

The good: The location is super convenient. Also, they have good hours here. Also, the manicurist did work really hard for about 45 minutes on my nails. BUT The bad: -The place looked outdated and I'm not sure if that's what made it seem kind of dirty and basic or if it was that dirty. - The language barrier. I do NOT expect perfect English anywhere in this country, trust me. But the English level was so low for everyone in the salon I could barely understand them. I'm all for accents and not knowing English but at least one person should be fluent enough we can understand each other. -I got a pink and white fill. My right hand is symmetrical, clean, and even. My left hand literally looks like I did it myself. My middle finger and thumb nail are really rounded off and half the length of my other nails. What. The. Hell.? How does anyone look at that and go yeah that's acceptable? I said "pink and white, heavy on the white, shorter but as even as possible". Also: I was charged for a full set and they only replaced 2 out of my 10 nail tips. -In doing my nails. He dipped my fingers directly into the big powder container, like the one I imagine he dips everyone's into. I've never had anyone do that before and while it came out nice for the even nails I had, I can't imagine that's sanitary. What if someone has a fungus? Overall, they were nice but nice doesn't make pretty nails. read more

Awful costumer service! My mom, sister and I went in on a semi crowded Sunday afternoon for pedicures, we were told 20 minutes so we went to Publix next door for a few groceries. We came back 20 minutes later and noticed people who came in after us were already getting served. They put us in chairs and filled the water tub up where we waited for over an hour. I was the first to finally start my pedicure but it was obvious that my sister and Mom wouldn't be help for quite a while longer, as the staff and moved to help people with fills. My sister and mom left, and the (what I could tell was the owner) asked where they were going and they explained they had been waiting over an hour and were done waiting. My nail tech noticed them outside waiting and laughed and pointed at them. I reminded him that they were waiting on me since they couldn't been helped. Then the nail tech has tha audacity to ask if I wanted to leave a tip! No apology was offered. No discount. We will never be back! read more
