We were checked in, seen by the Doctor, -x-rays and out the door within an hour. Excellent. The second time was earlier tonight. My 5 year old fell and landed face first against the wall. We thought his nose was broken so my wife took him here. Again, same fast and professional service and they are great with the little ones when treating them. And no, my little guy's nose isn't broken but it sure looks like it is. This is an urgent care/ambulatory kind of place. If it something too serious for them, they would send you to a local full service hospital by ambulance if you so choose. Great alternative should you need emergency care that does not require a full service hospital. I will not go to any other urgent care place except for this one based on my two experiences. It's nice knowing you can go here minus the hours upon hours of waiting.

I even told her " Look everyone has a bad day and I'm willing to just let it go" She then started again. Then I asked to speak to her supervisor she then said I'll connect you. About 15 minutes later she got back on the phone and she said her supervisor was going to call me back. I asked her if she had my number and she said yes. When I asked her for my number she just read off a number that didn't belong to me. Very rude and TOTALLY unprofessional.

He manually adjusts me and knows pressure points and massage. His adjustments last me a very long time and I honestly cannot find anyone even close in Los Angeles. Fortunately I had a capable, kind, and engaging counselor throughout this process and I was able to live my life between sessions, then report my progress and experiences in our group sessions. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and my freedom to take my recovery into my own hands and pursue the paths that make the most sense to me. I received a great deal of encouragement as well as a good amount of constructive activities to work on / present to my peers. The office staff and case manager were simply wonderful to work with, and when I successfully graduated from the Aftercare program, they sent me off with a warm goodbye and lots of encouragement. They're certainly doing something right over there and truth be told, I almost miss the process. Very empowering and a very helpful step in my overall recovery! I still continue to do what works for me in a program of my choice, am flourishing in my personal and professional life, and I can't appreciate enough the fact that I was given room to grow without needing permission to do so, or to follow prescriptive pathways in my recovery.
