I could sum up this review in one simple sentence: Ms. Bell changed my life! I was referred to Ms. Bell by someone I trusted when I was going through a major life transition and felt like I hit rock bottom emotionally and mentally. She was immediately very approachable and even from the first session, made me feel heard and this was already healing. I've been seeing Yacine for over four months. I met her at a time in my life where a lot of change was occurring and I didn't know how to process it or understand what was going on. Yacine was referred to me by my close friend who spoke highly of her and how she helped him in many ways regain his confidence and anger issues. I found Yacine at a very, very challenging time in my life. I didn't think we would get anywhere, but I knew I had to do something. She was honest, helpful, and the right amount of tough, honest, and compassionate. She pushed me when I was stagnant, and she let me have breathing room so that the work did not become a chore. I have been seeing Yacine for the past few months and I have to say that the experience has changed my life for the better and I feel like I'm constantly improving. You are provided with a wide range of tools to learn and use in your daily life along with her guidance and support. However, these tools are only good if you are willing to take time in practicing and using them. Change doesn't come quickly nor is it easy, but if you're willing to put the time in and work with Yacine, you wont regret it. She doesn't try to up sell you anything or force you into a set number of sessions. Once she feels or you feel like you've gotten close to your goals, you can stop the sessions or just visit her at a less frequent interval. It's all up to you. Yacine is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is also very easy to contact and will usually respond to emails and phone calls within a few hours or less. That's very important as she makes herself available whenever you need her. My first expression of seeing Yancine Bell was ,"What am I doing here?" I cosigned and always said yes to family that almost doomed me. But as I went on Yancine was the most remarkable lady I have never met before. She listens and truly lets a person know what it is and how its not worth engaging in drama that has nothing to do with one. She is professional and never stated about her visits with others.
