My realtor, Melissa Wade, recommended I reach out to Diane to see if there was a anything she could do. Unfortunately, she tried to save that deal for me but was unable to. After a few months, at the urging of Melissa, I very hesitantly reached out to try again. Melissa assured me that Diane had a reputation to uphold, would tell me like it is and would not sugarcoat anything. So I tried again. The process was easy, even with my busy schedule as a full time single mom to 4, that also has a full time job, and volunteers in my "spare" time. I was able to complete all documents online and either fax or email them in. I was also given the option to sit down with Diane, either in her Kettering or Springboro office, to go over paperwork to make sure I understood all of it. Both Diane and Amy are kind and available for questions through several options, giving you honest and easy to understand answers. I will recommend them ANY time. I paid the payment after the due date, but PNC's payment went through first, so they charged me outrageous fees (claiming that their huge corporation was hurt by having to "loan" me that tax payment). My payment paid forward the. Next 6 month property tax, and I paid the following 6 month property tax. They sent me a check for the overage I paid for property taxes, but refuse to go back to my initial monthly mortgage payments. Now I'm charged interest on money they "think" I need to borrow for taxes every month. MY MORTGAGE IS 60% higher than before they decided I couldn't be trusted to pay my taxes. (Again, payment made a few days after deadline. One time in this property's 14 years of mortgage history.). I called several times asking to have my mortgage brought back to the agreed upon payment, and they gave me a sob story about their organization being hurt by having to pay my property tax once. After 18 months of paying my own taxes before they even got billed, I wrote a letter asking if I could have my taxes withdrawn from their loan. Again, they told me to jump in the lake! Yes this is the epitome of the abusive relationships banks have with clients that practically destroyed our country several years ago. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN AFFORD A 60% INCREASE IN THEIR MORTGAGE???? That's EXACTLY what these guys are "banking" on. Shame on them. GET YOUR MORTGAGE FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Unreliable at best, dishonest at worst…read more I reached out to Mike (company owner) as a returning customer in January of 2025 to inquire about a somewhat complicated international personal tax situation. I did this to ensure I would have plenty of time to prepare and hopefully avoid extra charges by waiting. I have an accounting background, and essentially served up everything he needed to make this filing as straightforward as possible. During the 2 or 3 phone calls we had in February and March, Mike always stated he would address the filing, "in the next week" and never indicated any sort of problem or concern. He could never indicate how much he was going to charge me after asking him several times, which should have been a red flag for me, but I just wanted it finished so I ignored my gut. After multiple missed deadlines I was completely abandoned with no communication or progress. Completely radio silence. (unreliable) Mike uses a secure portal that allows you to see activity, and of all the files and info I uploaded, many were never opened or viewed by him. The last time I spoke with Mike was March 10th. Since then I have called 4 times, left 2 voicemails, and sent him an email with ZERO responses. Since Mike is an old man, I started to worry that something may have happened to him. I had a friend call his number, and Mike answered on the first ring, and indicated he had "plenty of availability to take on new customers"... (dishonest). Mike's unreliability and dishonesty put me into a situation where I had to scramble to find another accountant 1 week prior to the deadline and pay a premium to do so. If you are still not convinced to spend your money elsewhere, consider the following: Mike always talks with a tone of frustration and aggression; talking to him is never a calm or relaxing experience and after every call I felt like I had just had a heated argument with an overly opinionated uncle. His views are antiquated and he's never hesitant to share them. Look at his website - he is quick to tout his faith and honesty and yet he is perfectly okay being dishonest. For someone who has made a career out of accounting and math, this simply doesn't add up. Go somewhere else, you'll thank me.
