Our beautiful daughter arrived 3 weeks before her due date, happy, healthy, and unexpectedly early. By the time I thought to even do newborn photos, she was already almost a week old! I reached out to a few different newborn photographers in my area, and was disappointed to see that many had AI assistants replying to messages, and not an actual photographer. Rebeca, who I originally found through searching for photographers on FB marketplace, actually messaged me back right away! I started talking to her on a Saturday afternoon, and she was able to accommodate me last minute the very next morning at her studio in Yorba Linda. Rebeca was such a professional from beginning to end. She has such a warm and welcoming energy, and made sure we all felt comfortable in her studio. She had everything parents, babies, kids, anyone, would need. Snacks, drinks, diapers, bottle warmers--my daughter lost her umbilical cord and she even had a small keepsake baggie to put it in Due to our last minute booking, I only had a few ideas of what type of photos I wanted. An announcement photo with a name tag I brought from home, and something with pumpkins for our October baby. Rebeca executed both of those beautifully, and we let her take creative liberties on everything else. My husband and I are usually awkward in posed photos, but our family shots came out so natural and beautiful! She was also gently and expertly able to pose our sleepy baby girl in so many different outfits and props for photos--all from her own studio--and we couldn't be happier with how the photos came out!
