There are the odds gems to be found in here such as cheap good quality suitcases and good quality bathroom towels. Amongst the clothes they are also some lovely bits and pieces in a good selection of sizes although most of it only suitable for older plus sized ladies. All in all I think this shop could be vastly improved by ridding themselves of their cheap logo and horrible big labels they have on everything but it's worth a quick look as there are some bargains to be had.

Just window shopping is difficult to do here as they always display their biggest bargains in the windows and you can guarantee having to buy something. Their clothes are for the more elderly people among us however the range of toys they sell is fantastic, especially around christmas time, they discount all their toys further and you have to be quick to get them too.

They sell clothing, shoes, bags, toys, ornaments etc. I always like to take a look in if I'm in the town centre, as I would hate to miss a bargain, and you CAN get bargains here, but you have to be lucky, and you have to be prepared to rummage for them! I personally find the clothing expensive, even though it is discounted. But they do carry a nice line in reduced price toys and games, although I don't think they have a big a selection at the Teesside Park branch. There always seem to be queues at the check outs, too.

They tend to increase the stock of goth clothes during the Whitby Gothic Weekend (and it seems they also increase their prices too!). If you're looking for a gift that's a bit different for someone then this is the place to go. They also have some amusing greetings cards which I always check out when I visit. The clothing they sell varies from 'hippy' to 'goth' so you can definitely buy something that will make you stand out from the crowd here! I tend regularly visit to buy incense, make up and jewellery from Venus Trading but not clothing. They have some great clothes but they're all a bit out of my price range and, as it's not a big shop, they don't have a good range of sizes.

I bought some new games for a kids group and they were really happy that they were going to a good home. There are clothes and bric a brac. Some of their stuff is a bit 'chavvy' for me but some is really nice, although I refuse to pay £50 for a strappy top so I often just go in for a browse and don't buy! The staff sometimes make me feel uncomfortable, I can almost see a look in their eyes that says "you don't belong in this shop!"
