It doesn't feel cold and sterile either though; it's actually quite cozy and inviting. I find the reception staff here to be very friendly and personal, and the doctors were also friendly and understanding too. My sister took her daughter here, and she agrees that the doctors are very helpful and hold excellent bedside manners (especially with the children). This place isn't bulk billing, however a Medicare rebate is available and health care cardholders receive a discount.

We have found the Doctors at Mooroolbark superclinic very attentive, helpful very good. The…read morereceptionists are all helpful and pleasant, and the nurses very efficient and good too. The building is clean light and bright; and the cost to attend very low if any. Our family all attend this superclinic. Some years ago my husband urgently needed stitches on his head on a Sunday night, Doctor Vincent stitched his head injury up beautifully on the spot with no drama, and the nurse was great too. Ever since we have been grateful to Dr Vincent Frank. I took him there because once at a hopspital when my son needed stitches; we waited so long the injury could not be stitched, as his skin shrank away because he had to wait in emergency so long. We haven't had a single bad experience there ever, we have found all staff very respectful. Our son still drives from Doncaster to attend Brice Ave Superclinic.

Apparently the poor little thing had been there since 1pm (whimper, whimper) and wasn't going to allow himself to be overworked. Where is the duty of care?? He doesn't deserve a job!

Yes, sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but it's because they're not rushing you through like you're just a number; they are quite thorough and caring. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone in need of good, professional medical help. It's also quite useful having a pathology lab on hand as well.

The only downer was that the waiting room has a HUGE and LOUD tv, blaring the worst that commercial tv has to offer. When you're already feeling sick, the last thing you want to to endure "news" segments on the latest anti-ageing eye creams and shouty panelists debating who was best dressed at the Brownlow. The content was nauseating and it was SO LOUD. So, great service but an uncomfortable waiting room atmosphere.
