Most companies back up their service with free service calls. I am no different. But you never expressed any dissatisfaction other than the tree out front with ants. Why would you just switch companies after I provided you with years of satisfactory service without giving me a chance to even do a free service call? I even created a custom program that skipped the winter months, specifically for you. Are you working directly with the owner?
