I call them back out and they first tell me that they can not place a cage over the dryer vent bc of safety but would check the dryer hose for me and if the find birds would clean and place a cage over- all at additional cost. I told them no I would do it myself because the first time they came out I paid for the " full house inspection". They then proceeded to tell me dryer vents are not included in that inspection. What an overpriced joke. Save money and go to Home Depot and buy your own cage kit.
