This place will close soon. Goodwill reported a record breaking 7 billion dollars of income last year and pays some of the disabled workers as little as little as $1.00 per hour. They should be ashamed as goodwill is supposed to help those in need and not get things for free and then take advantage of the very people they are entrusted to serve. Shameful, Shameful, Shameful.

It appears very unassuming from the outside. At night, there are some really nice lights that come on. There also seemed to be an outdoor stage setup. The concert I saw was amazing and everything sounded great. My only complaint: most of the patrons were so loud and obnoxious and more interested in their own drunken banter, which made it difficult to hear the music even though I was front row. If you're going to a concert (or doing anything else for that matter) and feel the need to get drunk or high in order to enjoy it, then that's a problem of your own that needs to be addressed and dealt with properly, not by subjecting others to it and robbing them of their own natural ability to live life. Other than that, it was a great evening. Nice place and I wouldn't mind returning to see another show. As a generous long-time county citizen, I typically donate a few thousand dollars worth of items to…read morelocal charities each year. I have done so for over 20 years. This year, I decided to donate to Habitat for Humanity/ReStore for a change since their cause seems noble. HOWEVER, both times that I showed up to donate, I found that they CHERRY PICK donated items -- literally going through any boxes one item at a time. They refused a lot of my items -- especially those of lesser value. Of course, they accepted my cut crystal vases, my antique stemware, and my nearly new power tools. I understnad that they don't accept clothing and certain other items -- I reviewed their website and called ahead to make sure they would accept what I intended to donate. But when I got there, both times, the staff refused many items that would be useful to local people in need. As a result, much of my time was wasted and I ended up donating these other items to other local charities. I am about to move and downsize and so have a lot to donate this year. But my two rooms of nice furniture, 2 big screen LED TVs, numerous art works, my power tool collection and large amount of expensive lawn and garden equipment will be donated to other organizatations -- organizations that will gladly accept everything for the good of our community.
