It felt like a racket and I regret not making a review at the time. Now two years later I received this heartless text message from them. I guess this is the kind of caring service you can expect. A message stating "We are all concerned about the spread of coronavirus, so we ask patients with any symptoms to stay home. Please be safe." or anything other than this all caps crap would have been fine but this just felt gross.

I think we spoke about eight times afterwards, each time staff blamed me for not giving them my insurance info, although on the first call and every call after, I gave them what they needed to correctly bill. On the third month they incorrectly billed me, they added an X-ray to the charge, which didn't happen. I called back to correct the problem, and this go around, I called 16 times in three days, some of which leaving voice mails, with no return calls. The office was open all three days. Please pay attention to your bills, so this fraudulent billing company doesn't pull a fast one on you. And good luck trying to get ahold of them.

Today they looked it up and it didn't sound positive they said they would call me and let me know or they would recast my foot. Really? Never heard anything from them. Pretty sad they wouldn't look this up sooner and see their was an issue with them. I would try a different spot because this one is a fly by night operation as my doctor primarily works out of Durango and it appears everything is screwed up with no answer. Updating my review. We paid it in full last July This November we get another bill for the same amount that we paid in July. Again tons of time spent on the phone and in person. Received a letter saying we were paid in full Today received a bill saying we owe less but for the same surgery that was paid in full I'm thinking they owe us money now.
