The tub is on the back deck of a house on a ski slope so not the easiest install but they made it look easy. After hooking up the tub they stayed to make sure the tub heated up, had no leaks and we knew how to work it. The only trouble we've had is about 1 inch of the stitching on the cover started coming apart. I stopped by the store with a picture to show Waterworks. The owner submitted the warranty claim for me and installed the new cover within a couple of weeks. These guys are great and really take care of the customer. This is definitely not the big box store where they drop it at the curb and you're on your own.
