I really hate to write this review. I've had Micrologic Internet for about 5 years and I always…read morespoke highly of them. They've always been dependable, always out here the same day when something went wrong, always responsive to messages. Now the part I hate to say.....they've been "upgrading" for a few years now, while raising rates - which was fine because they were still lower than other places. The other day, my internet went out (I work from home so this was a huge problem). They came out, and told me that because of the leaves on the trees they had to move my dish 20 feet (this is the 3rd time it's been moved and in this spot for 2 years...same trees and leaves)....so they come out two days later and move it. Then two hours later, the tech comes to my door and tells me he's sorry but he can't get a signal and suggested I find a new provider. I told him to just move it back where it was so I would at least have some kind of connection. I don't understand how doing upgrades make you lose long time, loyal customers. I am now forced to find another provider for double what I'm paying now.
