Delivery was in a crate and the driver was very helpful in getting to the entrance of my garage. Set- up was a snap! Hardest part was taking a part the wood crate it came in. I found the battery was dead and faulty and called customer service - Alexandra. She said I could purchase a new one and they would reimburse me or they could send a new one.
