I could not remember exactly what search terms I used and he was irritated and just plain rude about that for some reason. He said "Okaaaay" and rolled his eyes. He got hung up on why I googled the practice prior to coming- I like the vast majority will google every single business I'm going to because I want details in advance. At this point I should have left but because I was there as part of the grant program I had to sit through the consultation. He asked me to stand on the scale and I told him I'd rather not. He insisted I get on the scale and that he'd just write my weight down and not tell me. Unfortunately, I obliged. He then blurted my weight out, said "Ooooops" and began LAUGHING at the shocked reaction on my face. He seemed genuinely happy to see me this way. Moving on to the actual part where I showed the area I wanted to be treated, he made me feel extremely uncomfortable and was even more condescending than he had been. I left feeling incredibly upset and wrote a review on Google. I noticed the practice had my review removed, even though it was entirely accurate and I did nothing but state my experience respectfully.

I went to Dr. Madjidi because after losing over 40 pounds, I had some sagging parts. Lol Three months later, I can tell you without a doubt that Dr. Madjidi is a phenomenal surgeon. The process was extremely easy as they walked me through the clinic, explained to be in details about the procedure and also worked together on body contouring after taking 360degree pictures of my upper body. The ladies decided that my abdomen area would be the first area to treat with cool sculpting. They were going to use two applicators one one each side but then after some trials they noticed that they were able to use one big applicator on my abdomen that would treat the whole area of my abdomen and lower abdomen. Next step was taking measurement and making sure the applicator was placed where needed. Once the machine started it felt like that whole are was vacuumed, once you feel the cool air it starts the tickle feel. I was warned that after the 45 minutes procedure I would feel some tingling pain and numbness in the areas we treated. I felt no pain till we removed the applicator and that is very normal as the machine literally freezes the fat in that area. Lori and Jennifer were with me throughout this whole experience in the room and they massages the area after we were done. I was able to go on with my day. Best part is NO DOWN TIME!! I kept feeling a tingly and numbness feeling for the next two weeks. Now at week four I started noticing that the area where treated is starting to show some changes!! I used to wear button down shirts or tshirts and see a bulge around my abdomen, four weeks later I noticed it ALOT LESS. Most rewarding feeling ever! It took me a while to write this review because I have been trying to fix the problems I had with…read moremy surgery with Dr Courtney and was very unsatisfied with the look of my body after surgery. I was regretting the surgery everyday I woke up and saw myself in the mirror. I had surgery with Dr Courtney in October 2023, I paid for a BBL, lipo360, Breast augmentation, ab etch, arm lipo, inner thigh lipo and he offered to fix my umbilical hernia during the procedure for free. Yes I know it was a lot but he assured me he would do all of it. I woke up from surgery and my arm lipo was never done. No one told me this after surgery, it was after I got my massage and the masseuse told me that I didn't have arm lipo. I was very confused and was unable to reach Dr Courtney and his team until the next week when they confirmed that he hadn't gone through with the arm lipo because THE LIPO MACHINE STOPPED WORKING. Really?? This made me very uncomfortable because I wasn't sure if my other areas were done properly as the machine stopped working. He asked me to recover from the procedure and come back to finish the arm lipo. My Breast lift/augmentation wasn't bad looking, thank goodness. Thats the only thing I would say i was ok with even if it could have been better. During recovery, I spent so much money on massages and I kept hoping the lipo360 would look as I expected but no difference I felt like I hadn't done lipo. Everything else was a mess and I was getting so frustrated. I finally was able to get back on his schedule in March 2024 and it was a complete waste of time. My ab etching was the worst. So ugly and left me with superficial burns in my stomach. My liposuction-Still not the results I was expecting and I'm not sure if the lipo machine worked this time but I kept waiting to see results and after I went to him at 3 months PO with no results he asked me to go loose weight. I was so livid. I finally went to Miami to Dr Moraidian and he snatched my waist and stomach flat. Something Dr Courtney told me would never be flat and I should go loose weight for. Please save your coins and go out of Texas or the US. This Dr will not give you the results you are looking for. The only patients that seem to like his work are his influencers.
