Idk what her name is , but the heavy set RN that works in the new urgent care building, deserves to be fired , her lack of compassion as well as unprofessional is insane. Thinking she can tell a paying patient what she can and can't do like speak to a doctor, like she is someone. Went there for kidney pain was in an empty waiting room for an hour finally decided to go piss after sitting an waiting ,not being told if they would need a sample or not. They then call me Back no greeting , no hey why are you in, how you feel... no just a her big back self handing a piss cup an telling me to go piss i simply tried to explain that i literally just pissed cause no one told me they were gonna need it. I asked could i just wait for the doctor then I'll try before my visit is over, she said an I quote with a nasty attitude " well you did come in for kidney pain right" I said yes but you could have let me know yall would need a sample. I decided okay , im the patient but I'll let her talk to me any type of way ... so I go into the bathroom all for it to smell like straight up fish , not to mention messy an the toilet wouldn't flush , so I come out to tell her it wouldn't flush I'll just wait for the doctor , she then with her same nasty ass attitude try's to correct me " it does flush you just wasn't doing it right" . I then said whatever I just wanna talk to the doctor at this point. Couple mins past she come in with her stank ass attitude still , I said I'm done speaking to you get out my room thanks , she mumbled something under her double chin , then told the other RN that she couldn't take this an something along the lines of get fired I believe. Had a 8:00 appointment today for my yearly physical. Get a call at 7:30 Dr. Quattlebaum will be out today. Okay, I understand that sometimes there are emergencies. I call to reschedule and they give me a date in MAY!!! 3 months later!!! They cancelled and now I have to wait 3 months. I will have to pay for new blood work. Do you call this customer service or customer disservice? So they are telling me there is no way for me to see him for the next 66 DAYS when they are the ones who cancelled.!!! I went here yesterday. I've been sick for 2 weeks and I had developed a nasty cough with shortness of breathe and chest pain. The office is clean and Very well kept. I saw Dr. Siddiqui. She walked in wearing a mask and barely listened to why I was there and said that she had the same thing I currently have. She did not examine me at all before she had made up her mind that I have the same unnamed viral upper respiratory infection. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn't take any cough medicine for it and antibiotics wouldn't do any good because it's viral. So I proceeded to let her continue telling me about the allergy medicine that she took for her illness instead and all of the side effects and why she preferred a certain brand. She kept interrupting me and telling me that she knew exactly what I had. There were quite a few questions rolling around in my head at this point so I waited until she was finished discussing her recent illness. I didn't realize that I had just paid a doctor to discuss her own personal illness and what she does or does not take and her own personal medical philosophy. In short, I asked her how she could tell the difference between a viral and bacterial infection when she hadn't even bothered to look at me or listen to me. Her answer was that she's a doctor and works around germs all day. This doctor was completely self absorbed and dismissive. I had to talk her into cough medicine so I could sleep at night. I hadn't slept in 3 days at this point. She did prescribe an antibiotic because she couldn't tell the difference between a virus and bacteria and even after she barely examined me, she was still stuck on her diagnosis and her own illness and offered no logical or scientific reasoning. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I don't mind waiting as long as the doctor is going to listen and take me seriously. I didn't pay to sit and have a doctor commiserate with me because she knows exactly how I feel and then offer absolutely nothing helpful. I did not pay to have to force a doctor to listen to me and still feel like she couldn't care less because she made up her mind before she even walked in the door. The staff at this office does not treat people like human beings. It's more like herding cattle. read more

Don't bother making an online appointment. I was under the impression that appointment meant an agreed time to meet. My girlfriend sat in the doctors office(not the waiting room) for OVER an hour. When I asked the front desk when she would be seen they couldn't even make a guess for me. If we had been a walk-in I could have been more understanding, but don't ask me to book online and then disregard me entirely. This goes for every Anmed location. Disappointing, disrespectful and unprofessional. Edit: doctor finally came in and gave my girlfriend a lecture on how doctors offices work? We understand it's flu season and it's busy, but don't ask me to make an appointment with you, then show up over an hour later, and lecture us on how we're wrong for asking when we'll be seen. I don't think I've ever spent less than 3 hours in this place, for starters. The receptionists at the front desk, although friendly, always seem confused and flustered. Everytime I return, I'm faced with another unpaid balance that they can never really explain where it's coming from. Additionally, every time I've gone here, the doctors perform the typical tests on me: strep, mono, etc, despite having different symptoms everytime, even if my symptoms don't align with those illnesses. This care center is an example of doing the bare minimum for customer care. read more

Absolutely awful service. They don't take appointments, it's just a first-come first serve basis. I showed up on a weekday and walked in the door at 8:02 am (2 minutes after opening). I sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half and spent a total of THREE AND A HALF HOURS in the office just for them to run a strep test and provide me an antibiotic. The staff was friendly enough but nobody apologized for my extended wait or gave any explanation for it. The doctors they have working there are great; and the staff is friendly- everyone is trying hard, but one can sense it is administered purely to be efficient. Over the years with cuts in medical care and mandates from Washington, the place has become more and more like a machine to moves patients through the system, though wait times are still long. They don't have enough doctors, and care seems to be the last thing in the mind of the administrators--- though again, staff and doctors try to make up for it but are losing the battle. read more

I needed a local doctor. They wouldn't even schedule an appointment before I filled out all their paperwork. When I went in and filled out the paperwork, the secretary told me she couldn't schedule an appointment and that most the doctors only worked one or two days a week. She said they would contact me in a week or so and if they didn't, call them back. Three weeks went by and I decided to just find another PCP because why do I want to go to an office that can't even be bothered to make an appointment for me? Also, they will deny providing you care if you have a history of taking any controlled substance. Even if it was prescribed and you clearly state you no longer take it. It feels like they really go out of their way to chase away potential patients. read more

Terrible service. Unnecessarily long wait times and there isnt a fair order as to who gets called in first. I came and signed in before several other individuals and was put after all of them. I waited for over an hour for nothing and the staff doesnt seem that concerned about guests wait time or urgency. read more
