FYI this review is about the fish fry they offer, not the church exactly…read more I went to Catholic school from kindergarten all the way til high school and one of my fondest memories, particularly from when I was in elementary school and my grandpa worked at the school, was the Lenten fish fry. Full disclosure, these days I'm not so churchgoing but the pandemic has me nostalgic for warm memories so I really wanted a church fish fry dinner. I did a little internet sleuthing for some Covid safe options and found that St Patrick's offers a drive thru fish fry, Fridays from 4:30-7pm Hot damn, let's do it! Last week I went by around 6 and sadly, just as I rolled up, the sold out sign went up. So, I would recommend coming earlier just in case. This week we went back around 5:30 and had no trouble. The line up is orderly and $10 gets you three good sized pieces of fish, French fries, coleslaw, and a baggie of condiments like tartar sauce and ketchup. Everyone is masked and it took only about 10 minutes max from start to finish. Cash or check only, tho. (And the drive through the back roads of northern Ann Arbor was just lovely. We saw tons of deer and enjoyed the sunshine. It was a surprisingly delightful little excursion!) The fish itself took me back. It's not haute cuisine but it truly hit the spot as my tastebuds were transported back to 1991. 9 year old Annette, chowing down on some fried fish in the church hall with her (now dearly departed) dzadzio by her side. It filled me up in more ways that one. We'll definitely be back! I'm already counting the days till next Friday!

My son goes here for daycare and has been going for roughly a year maybe a little over and wow has…read morehe learned and flourished! He is 19 months old and learning so many words and dances and songs colors shapes every milestone you would want your child to learn, plus some. He loves going to school and practically runs out the door when it's time to go! When I come to pick him up he runs and gives me a big hug and then tries to go back to coloring or playing! He loves the teachers and has always adored the director Raj. He's made close bonds with them and will continue going because I have no complaints and he definitely doesn't either! THANK YOU GREEN HOUSE!

Our twins went here for almost 2 years before we moved out to CA. We loved it and so did the kids!…read moreWe started there when kids were just about 18 months and Ms Andrea helped them ease in a new setting, as they had never attended a daycare before. Kids learned to make friends and be social. Later they graduated to Ms Lily's class where they learned to be more independent and take care of themselves. I was amazed at the tricks they learned in school about putting on their own clothes and shoes and hanging them on hangers after coming home. All the other teachers are also very loving and caring. Ms. Mary was my son's favorite! Moreover the owner Mr. Raj is very helpful and accommodating. Once we forgot to hand over their lunch bags and he ordered some food for them without even a second thought and did not even charge us for it. The school field trips are a great learning and exposure opportunities for kids, sure we paid a little extra for them but they were worth it. My kids still remember their apple orchard field trip from Fall 2018. I realize how nice they were when their current daycare here in bay area does not offer them. They also took kids on a walk almost daily (weather permitting) which was good as kids get to have fresh air rather than being in the same room whole day. Kids also played outside on warmer days' evenings. Additionally they offered swim lessons in summer if you are interested. Overall it was an all-round development for my twins and I wish we could be there for the rest of the time till they start kindergarten.
