After experiencing communication difficulties with the Royal Caribbean celebrations team person, Michelle was a breath of fresh air. absolute access and responsiveness in those important and stressful days before the wedding. At the port, they guided us through the onboarding and took care of our non sailing guests. They immediately setup operations with the on board Royal Caribbean's coordinator to make sure the details were carried out. it was then that they discovered my Royal celebration person dropped the ball on our order for flowers...ie. no flowers arrived. They were so upset it was like they were our family and took it to heart, going into overdrive to fix the problem. it was not fixable but with the cruise director's wife ( who left the ship to get us flowers) they eventually did give the bride some flowers to remember her wedding. Maria was also the officiant and did a lovely job of the wedding ceremony, her personality shined through and it was a warm and beautiful service. Penny was the "gal Friday" helping out her partners, I'm sure she never expected to be a florist but she did great. Thank you all so much!

Kristen is easy to communicate with and personable. I have three boys (at the time, 5 and under) and they have a lot of energy. The boys were able to run and play on the beach.
