When we started looking to buy SFH in the bay area, we had very little knowledge of what to expect in the process and we had not even narrowed down specific area. A five star rating does not come close to telling the full story about Ann Gupta. When my beloved aunt died, I became responsible for selling her home. I was daunted by the prospect of managing substantial repairs and improvements from a distance (three hour round trip), during the pandemic and shelter-in-place. Ann's enthusiasm, compassion, knowledge and confidence at our first meeting impressed me so much that I abandoned a plan to interview several agents before deciding whom to engage. My initial impression was confirmed, time and time again. Ann was an outstanding communicator and tireless worker. She marshaled work crews and licensed contractors who completed necessary work, at a fair price, within a seemingly impossible time frame.
