They were responsive, compassionate, and truly cared about my situation. I'm so grateful for all of their hard work and for making me feel like I could count on them every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone needing support and guidance during a tough time.

Mrs Patrick dismissed my case intending to refile and did it WRONG. The opposing attorney told her TWICE that she was doing it the wrong way. As a result my entire case was dismissed. I had to allow her to fix her mistake . The NC bar has already agreed she did indeed mess up. She lost the appeal and Rule of 60 (do-over) cases. As a result...I got nothing- no child support, alimony OR retirement. She has the least amt of liability insurance an attorney can get (100k) and NOTHING is in her name. I paid her over 50K- she had to do an appeal and rule of 60 for free. She now has several attorneys representing her, and their attorney fees are paid by liability insurance. She refused to settle or discuss a settlement. I never felt she had my back, intentionally put things off, and was a terrible advisor. We never had a meeting before mediation, she was never prepared, and always seemed lost when appearing in court, and was dominated by the opposing attorney. I do not recommend using her !

Having come to her after being frustrated with my previous experience, Meredith was a breath of fresh air. She was always ready, willing and able to answer my questions and boy did I have many. I felt valued, cared for and that my case was a priority. It was difficult enough going through this process and dealing with the fact that my spouse had cheated on me with my best friend, Meredith was able to provide me with no-nonsense representation and I am forever grateful for her guidance. I can't recommend NicholsonPham or Meredith, Kristin and Rebecca / their team enough. They actually care and will do whatever they can to make sure you feel like you are in the know throughout the entire process. You really can't ask for much more than that.

I have a neurodevelopmental disorder. I found the list overwhelming and the whole point of hiring a lawyer was to minimize what I was going to need to do myself. I was also seeking a name change to remover my former abuser's name from my identity and dealing with this was triggering. I tried to explain this to their legal assistant but that didn't make any difference. I would have paid for additional help, but none was offered. No empathy was available. In fact, their legal assistant was rude and hostile with me, and with the friends who signed my legal attestations. My experience with NicholsonPham was horrible. Their assistant at that time made me feel awful. What should have been freeing was instead re-traumatizing.
