I mentioned to the woman doing photos that the floor mat wasn't flat she said it won't show in photos... that was a lie. I'm not sure if we had a new person but there was another woman who was sort of rushing her to get the photos in. I didn't like that, however she was giving better positioning directions. When checking out the women explained the package I purchased would give access to digitals I could share-- also incorrect. When I asked about the cropping on photos she said they would edit the frame also. When I received my photos I was very upset in that our images were horribly scaled. I can't frame photos without our heads being even more clipped off. And the mat that I was worried about showed up in the photos as well. I reached out and was advised that they would reprint photos but can not guarantee the scaling on the photos . I'm not a professional photographer but even I know there's a subject to frame ratio to use to avoid the subject of photo from being cropped. I'm disappointed in the result of this experience and the assistance or lack there of in correcting it. My holiday photos were ruined and we couldn't even use them. See my sons hear cropped off and notice how close our heads are to frame of photo... and once in a frame it's worst even after trying to pull down some from the bottom

I went to the location in the woodlands and didn't like the outcome of my pictures so even though it is further to me than woodlands I will continue to come here as long as Ashley is here. I have been taking my baby's pictures since she was a newborn and now she is 7 months. I also love that Ashley gives me ideas on what to bring or do for the following months pictures !
