She took very nice photos of the house, offered a few tips for staging and that was her effort in her interactions with me. She posted them on the appropriate websites and paid for the ability for the house to come up first in the listing. From this point on, she was very difficult. She over-priced the house drastically. We got showings but I knew that it was way over-priced. To get it reduced took weeks, and then she kept doing it incremental. When all was said and done we had so many price reductions it had to appear to buyers that something was terribly wrong. I actually fired her during this process and her now old boss, talked me into giving her another chance. The old boss admitted it was priced incorrectly. I trusted her to perform due diligence, take good care of me as the customer and to sell my home. It did not sell. Debbie wanted the listing and that was where the effort stopped.
